Friday
- 3PM Gate Opens (Open until 12:30 AM Saturday Morning for cabin check-ins.)
- 10PM Quiet Time Starts, please respect that if you are arriving late (there is a private residence on site, near enough to gate and the unloading area).
Saturday
- 8:30 Gate opens
- 10:00 Their Majesties final court followed immediately by Their Highness's Coronation court
- Immediately following court - open list fields for all tournaments (practice, authorizations, etc.)
- Immediately following court - Pelican meeting
- Immediately after Pelican meeting - Stallari meeting
- 12:00 Gate closes.
- 12:00 until 2:00 Lunch is served to ticket holders in Gimle Hall. It is served buffet style (but not a buffet, one trip only please), bring your own feast gear if desired.
- 12:30 Tourneys start
- King's Rapier tournament-The Marshal in charge will Don Niccolo Falconetto. The
Tournament will also be double elimination, best 2 out of 3.
- Queen's Armored tournament- The Tournament will be Double elimination, best 2 out of 3, Matched Weapons, bring your best if the bout goes to three.Sir Wulfgar will be the Marshall in Charge.
- Majesties Archery tournament on the Archery Range by the soccer field. There will be a Winter Shoot, and a Shooting Gallery.
- Majesties A&S tournament in Valhal
- 1:00-2:00 Class: Viking Armbring "Punch" Jewelry Taught by Ealdred of Malmesbury—Upstairs classroom in Utgard
- 2:00-3:00 Class: "The Norse Child" Yaught by Mistress Eithni—Upstairs classroom in Utgard
- 3:00 Majesties speak to A&S entrants. Competitors, be with your project at 3:00.
- 3:30-4:30 Class: "Viking Age Wood Turning" demonstration by Lord Bayard.
- 5:00 Evening Court
- 6:30 Feast of King Hrodir and Queen Anne, held in Gimle Hall. Refreshments served at 6:15. You are welcome to bring your own feast gear if desired.
- 10PM Site closes.
